HULLED HEMP SEEDS
Are hemp seeds without their shells. The flavour of the hulled hemp seeds is round, soft and nutty and is comparable to sunflower seeds.
APPLICATION
Use the hulled hemp seeds the way you use nuts and grains. For example, as topping on ice cream, yoghurt, porridge, soups or salads. The seeds can be used in baking, for breading or in your smoothies. They are also very delicious in desserts.
PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
Hulled hemp seeds are produced from hemp seeds after sorting them by diameter. Each fraction is then shelled separately. The process is based on the mechanical incubation of the seeds to remove the husk from the hearts. Because this is cold production, the outflow temperature is kept below 40°C during the entire process. No further thermal or chemical process is involved.
QUALITY SPECIFICATION
100 % hemp, no additives, do not contain any preservatives, artificial substances, GMO or gluten. Seeds are cultivated, cleaned, and processed in Denmark. They are collected and processed in the same period.
