HEMP FLOUR, COARSE

Is a dark green, coarse flour, which is completely gluten-free. Hemp flour coarse is made from pressed hemp seeds which have been drained of all oils. It has a delicious nutty flavour.

APPLICATION

Use 10 - 30 % hemp flour coarse in your baking products for the best result. The flour is a delicious supplement in bread giving the bread a unique structure and flavour. The flour is also fantastic as breading or as a health booster in your smoothie, muesli or protein bar.

PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Basically, the hemp flour comes from a ground residual hemp seed oil cake, which is processed under an appropriate temperature to keep the protein in the cake as an active protein (undenatured) because of the important benefits that it holds. No further thermal or chemical process is involved.

QUALITY SPECIFICATION

100 % hemp, no additives, does not contain any preservatives, artificial substances, GMO or gluten. Seeds are cultivated, cleaned, and processed in Denmark. They are collected and processed in the same period.
